Overall body joint/cracking issues during LL? even upper body

Wonder if anyone has had this and what have you tried for it? Doing internal femurs now

Wrists closer to pinkie -> pain for certain movements

more body cracking (sounds a bit like knuckle cracking but in difference places of the body) in upper body places totally unrelated to the legs

Dunno, current plan is to do arm circles maybe twice a day, hoping its nothing
