I would start with learning about the fundamentals; There's a difference between investment (wealth you try to accumulate and grow over time), trading (a series of short-term bets i.e. trying to time buying and selling on a week-to-week basis), and speculation (just cynically betting on stuff that you think will increase or decrease in value for no real good reason, and you're concerned more about its fluctuations than you are in the actual value of the thing you're buying. I'm sorry, but most cryptocurrency falls under this category.)

I don't know what your time-scale is, or if you're trying to save up for CLL in a hurry. But I would strongly recommend learning about lower-risk long-term investing first-- it is a skill that will serve you well beyond what this forum focuses on. Go from there as you become comfortable. Look up the concept of an index fund and what it means to invest in the S&P 500. Look into starting a brokerage account, and if you don't have one, a retirement account (that you can start to fill separate from your CLL piggybank). Learn the difference between debt securities (e.g. bonds) and equity securities (e.g. stocks). If you have debt, figure out a strategy to pay it off asap. These are a few keywords you can use to start.

to be honest past years i had some thoughts about saving to do this operation, but now its not in my head anymore im 174 natural so i dont feel that short like in the past, i have been offline this forum for some years but now im interested in investment, and i remembered  reading a thread in this forum where someone was talking about investement but i cant find it haha.
So as im not interested in risky operations im reading about, as you said lower-risk long-term investing.
i have been tracking some company this past months, and even buying some shares, but i want to know more about this, im not in a hurry and like all things, time is needed.
So maybe i will ask you guys some questions, one of my biggest barrier is the languague because all of this tecnic words, make it so slow but anyway what is necessary is necessary.

Investing in Home Depot helped pay for my CLL.  Learn investing for sure.  There's a different between making money and being wealthy.  Learn to make passive income.  Several rental properties and investing helped me get there.  I have decent enough career as well.

I've often thought about rental properties but know it can involve a lot of time and sweat equity. How many properties do you have?
Do you use a management company?

You heard correct.  You'll build your equity over time, certainly.  But things will come up...hot water heaters, plumbing issues, HVAC maintenance.  I had 3 at one time, sold one and now have 2.  The real money comes when you have rentals that are paid off and putting 1800- 2k a month away.  That's hard to get to though.  But some people own a renal property and only make 200 a month on after taxes and mortgage.  That's not worth the hassle in my opinion.  I would say you need to be putting away $400 profit a month minimum to make it worth it, otherwise you could be one hot-water heater replacement away from all your annual profit!  If you're on the fence, pull the trigger and go for it.  And yes, I manage all my own, and I work a day job as well, and I am about to embark on a new, hopefully promising side-hustle.  And just to tie it all together, CLL is one of the hardest and most rewarding things I have ever done.  Anyone on this forum needs to go for it if you're considering it.  Took me about 20 years of height dysphoria and not being taken seriously to finally do it.

I was thinking of doing that but then decided against it.  I figured a small-time landlord is only one nightmare tenant or natural disaster away from financial ruin.  Better to let the big companies who are better hedged deal with the risk.

i find a good opportunity to especulate with land in some cases, as my country is going full solar panels, is more difficult, but first of all check your country legality about building photovoltaic panels in rural terrain, if you are allow, to buy those lands which are closer to the high voltage line and south oriented, rent them to a big energy company or shell them at higher prices.
Most terrain in my country are old farmers that dont value that much to have close a high voltage line so you can have a big margin.
