Some questions about LON
« on: August 17, 2022, 10:07:05 AM »

Hi, I’m considering LON on the tibias with Dr. Solomon. I’m a 25 year old male and I’m currently around 5’8 3/4 and would like 5cm of lengthening.

I can’t remember where I read it, but I recall that being on the taller side makes the process a little easier — that you could go beyond the traditionally recommended 5cm with less risk. Does this mean my process might be smoother going for 5cm being the height I am? As I understand it, beyond 3cm things get a little more difficult and you have to cut back on the length you lengthen per day.

Also, considering the need for flexible muscles during recovery, would it make sense to get supper flexible and do a lot of work before getting the procedure? Would this make my recovery quicker?

I’m also a little confused about the theoretical time scale. Are the frames takes off as soon as you’re done lengthening?

Many thanks.  :)

you've heard the thing about the 3cms because thats when the ballerina foot starts to form

if you do 5 cm that means you'll have a ballerina of about 1.5-2cm which will take you about maybe 1-1.5 months to go away

overall not too bad recovery from 5cm, you'll need 6 months for the whole process

Thanks, yes I’ve heard about ballerina foot.

I’m finding it difficult to ascertain the risks for this surgery in general. Obviously there’s no question that it’s very extreme, but looking at the threads over the years, there doesn’t seem much of a consensus on the true risk of, say, not being able to walk again or suffering from life long problems.

Obviously it also depends on the procedures people get and the amount they lengthen, but there are factors like this ambiguous “permanent knee pain” that I keep hearing about with LON. I can’t really find information here if anyone has suffered seriously with this and how bad it is.

It’s hard to know what I’m getting into, because people either scare you to death with and make it sound like the risks are huge and far out weigh the benefits, but others say that it is a safe procedure.

I don’t know about LON but LL is an experience for animals. I did femurs a month ago. Clicking is the worst thing that’s ever happened to me. The thought of having to stretch for 3-4 hours per day is brutal too. Forget about sleep. Simple stuff like going for a piss is a whole adventure. You gotta waste money and time on PT too. My first weeks of lengthening have been nothing short of a nightmare. Honestly, all of us here that have done it/want to do it, we’re absolutely braindead.

Are you planning on quitting or you will go all the way through?

if you're not russian i'd skip solomin, you'd want to be near him and have to do all the hassle of finding an apartment, food, laundry, groceries, bandage changes, going to the hospital for xrays and all that shyte on top of being in major pain and disabled because they dont give out opiates(as far as i know)

also if they dont help you with a medical visa, the normal tourist visa is 90 days, and you cant get a multiple entry one because that only allows 90 days stay each 180 day period, so it  has to be consecutive single entry visas that means you need to travel to a nearby country outside of russia and stay a week there to get a new visa

and you will find it difficult to do that because at 90 days you'll be just about begun recovery after frame removal and I can tell for a fact, you wont wanna go anywhere for weeks

overstaying your visa in russia is a serious offense with massive consequences

stretching before the surgery doesnt have any tangible effect on recovery, you need to stretch during the frames and after. but i tell you from experience, i barely stretched during the frame time and still got an easy recovery

yes the frames are taken off as soon as you are done and wish them to come off, usually within 5-7 days after you ask for it so that they can organize the hospital stay and their schedule

If you arent retarded you wont get yourself to a situation of not being able to walk again of life long problems.

permanent knee pain happens when a doctor is incompetent and butchers your tendon during the insertion process and then when he hammers the nail into the tibias, he leaves the top edge to hang out of the bone a few millimeters which rubs on your tendon from the back leading to pain everytime you extend the leg(i.e. when you walk). so you'd want to ask your surgeon questions on his technique of nail insertion. if the nail is hammered in the tibia fully and the tendon is dissected carefully the chance of knee pain drops down drastically(still chance of course nothing is certain here).

if you have height neurosis stopping you from enjoying life then you should do it. otherwise it will weigh on you your entire life that you didnt do it

Thanks, will look into other options other than Solomin. I’ve read your diary and you seem to have had a good experience with the doctor you went to.

That’s good to know regarding the complications, I guess the biggest thing I’m trying to figure out is concerning your last point.

As you say, the way I see it is that it’ll weigh on my life forever if I don’t get it done, but then isn’t that a severe mental health problem? I’m sure most people I tell about even considering this would say to spend the money on a top therapist instead.

How do you go about assessing yourself and your life to make a decision on whether to go through with this? Obviously I see myself being far happier at near 5’11 than a strong 5’8, but then there are a ton of people perfectly happy at that height.

therapy for height neurosis is some normie cope and a scam, i mean do you really want to spend tens of thousands and countless hours of your time going to some grifter that will just keep telling you to get back to the plantation and be a good wagie and not think about your short legs all that much

we are one of the luckiest group of disadvantaged people for having a SAFE and RELIABLE way to fix our height neurosis, and I dare say that its not even a "neurosis" which implies a mental issue but its an objective realization after a lifetime of experiences and observation of social dynamics

it is a scientific fact that taller men have it better, MUCH BETTER, in life than short men from having women throwing themselves at them, to instant respect of other males, less chance for anyone phuking with you and to try violence, and overall societal RESPECT

you should do it IF:

1. you can afford it without going into financial ruin
2. you can afford being 6-7 months away from your social circle and family and your job if you work
3. if you are able to tell to your family about it and not suffer blue pilled retardation and hysteria by them - having familial support during LL is such a godsend, you wont even believe. I did my surgery completely alone without telling anyone and had many times where my mental state was really strained, good thing i had this other patient there and we were our own support group for venting where he would complain to me and I to him about our daily struggles

as an aside, my opinion about short women who do LL - they are laughable retards
