Driving, sit position
« on: August 15, 2022, 10:23:26 PM »

Just wondering for the people who lengthened more then 3 inches, did you notice any diffrence with your driving experience? Dont you feel too tall in your car or maybe in a flight while travelling? How much diffrence did you notice and was it annoying or didnt it matter at all.

I have to put the seat all the way back, and the backrest all the way forward.  The "louge chair configuration" a lot of people use doesn't work for me anymore.

Flying is a lot less enjoyable now.  The seats are too low and my legroom disappeared.

I lengthened my femurs 8cm, I now have femurs typically found on a 6 2 guy - but my wingspan is "only" 177 cm, so  notice I do have to hunch forward to reach the steering wheel whilst driving, which can become uncomfortable on longer trips, and yes I don't have much knee cap clearance in airline seats.

that sounds like a nasty driving position. cant you pull the steering wheel further out on your car? get a car that can do that and you'll be able to enjoy the lounge position again
