LiveLifeTaller is a marketing powerhouse and probably one of the most popular LL hospitals in the world ( they especially have a huge influx of Japanese patients ). That being said their credibility is very low with countless horror stories of them shrugging off complications as they are normal ( delayed union, infections, nerve pain, etc ).

Sure, Dr. Buldu can do the surgery well due to his experience but don't expect him to give you proper post-op treatment or care about you if you have problems. Another huge red flag is they outsource their PT and try to make you walk during your early recovery/convince you to do abnormal amount of lengthening so they can get a good photo op for their social media.

On this forum there are good diaries and also bad diaries, recently an Asian reported his surgeric failure where it was also reported by others they also threatened those who reported Livelifetaller's faults, so if they are not peer-detracting from it then you should think twice over doing your LL there.
But they really seem radical in the regard of amount of lengthening such as 18cm for tibias+femurs, 10cm femurs, and so on, and that will be very likely to ruin your tendons, nerves and muscles and finally you are fked up.
It's no-brainer to figure out why you shouldn't save money for LL because it is a really serious surgery and if you want to get crippled then take it or leave it.

I would be very wary of him. There are other affordable options like Pili, Catagni, or Solomin who are far more transparent about their experiences and don't give off shady impressions.
