I don't do fasting because i am young and is stressful. I won't die before the slow and reverse aging technologies exist. If you are above 50 you have to do it.

But fasting is also hard because you can get anxiety from not getting all the dopamine from eating.

Fasting means not eating during 12 hours. for example you can go to sleep at 9 pm and wake up at 5 am, then you would have to wait until 9 am to eat. That is the way most people do fasting. After 9 am you can eat whatever you want but you have to stop at 9 pm.
