Do glucosamine sulphate supplements increase height?

Does anyone take them here?

I have read that they help retain more of your morning height, but does anyone know how much and does anyone take them already?

I used to, no it doesn't. In simple explanation, glucosamine helps lubricate your joints. It has nothing to do with height.

Yes, it does. My morning and evening height was the same after taking glucosamine.

Yes, it can increase height, but only as long as you take it. After discontinuing it you will "shrink" to your previous height.

But about Glucosamine, doesn't it cause diabetes? do you take it too? by how much you get taller? How much should we take it?

Nah, there is more anecdotal and scientific proof to Relaxin than to any other chemical substance (after growth plate fusion). Some pregnant women grow on that stuff. Unfortunately is prohibitively expensive and difficult to come by.

No, I don't take Glucosamine. You can can up to an inch. From what I have read on Looksmax.org, you should take minimum 1g/day, ideally 1.5 g/day.

Yes, I have heard about "Relaxin" in pregnant women but they don't only grow taller, their hips as well. Also, there is no evidence that you will guarantee get taller, so a woman of 10 kids should be already grew 1 foot?!!

If really it gives 1 to 2 inches, people should have bought it not get stuck in LLS.

About Glucosamine, why you don't want to try it? Is there any side effects?

Typical side effects: bloating, nausea, diarrhea, and constipation.

I have been taking glucosamine for years, Give you 0.5cm or so. Basically you shrink less through the day, nothing else. It could still be usefull for joint health and as a anti-aging compound.
