Germany LL surgeons transfer from surgeons for traffic injury?

I was astonished that LL surgeons in Germany transfer to their jobs now from traffic injury surgeons.

So they are generally speaking very skiLL Forumul in LL surgeries therefore.

Is that true?

I am not learning Germany so I got langauge barriers to do researching about it.
