I think my legs are a little longer than the legs of someone who is 167 tall. Or I feel that way because I have a weak body. My sitting height is definitely shorter next to someone taller than me. Will I be a slenderman when I have surgery?

Looks fine for either tibia or femur.  Maybe femur would look a little better on you.

You have long arms which can compensate for a lot of LL.
