correlation between lengthening rate and deviation?

Is there a correlation? If I have huge lengthening rate will it be more deviated?
If I go 5cm femurs and set lengthening rate 0.5mm per day will it be helpful?
I think biggest reason of premature arthritis is deviated bones. Theoretically If I have bigger gap between bones it will deviate more, am i right?

Why would the rate have anything to do with it?  Anyway, you'll probably get premature consolidation if you go that slow.

Agree, rate has nothing to do with it. At the end of the surgery if you've fully recovered all of the bones and tissue belong to you so there's practically 0 risk of future complications unless you were genetically predestined to get some.
