Well, I was supposed to be 179 cm (something that makes sense because as I have said my wingspan is 179-180 cm) but in my adolescence I went through a very complicated situation, too much stress and not enough quality sleep. As I said I have not grown even 1 cm for about 2.5 years or more, even though I have done sports and tried to maintain a good diet, etc. (now I'm also starting to get facial hair. )
Unfortunately the current situation has improved but is far from stress free. I am the same height as my sister and a few centimeters taller than my mother and almost a head below my father.
I believe that height, apart from being influenced by genes, food and quality sleep, it is also related to emotions, stress, happiness, etc. It is essential that the brain is well and feel safe so that instead of being on alert it sends signals to develop the body, otherwise it is difficult to take advantage of the % of height related to the environment.
As remote as the idea of me growing up is, it doesn't matter because I don't have the money to do LL now, I may have it in my 23rd or 27th year.
So I will go for the 7 cm in femurs, but one more question, do you lose more mobility if you do 3.5 in tibias and 3.5 in femurs instead of 7 in femurs?
PD: yes, I'm from a european country
