Why Paley Institute hasn't replied me for already around 2 months?

I sent an email to Paley(my 'second father' who can mitigate my height neurosis by a lot) about whether he can offer me Visa to enter into USA and stay there until the procedures are finished or I can even accept residing there as a permanent resident illegally.
So I can't help undermining Paley's attitudes towards patients.

It's not the doctor's job to find you a visa

I'm sure he'd write you a letter if you do book a surgery and pay the deposit but take care of your own   dude
