Time to return to squats and deadlifts?
« on: January 15, 2022, 04:32:58 AM »

I’m planning on doing 7.5 cm LON on my tibias late this year, but I’m wondering how long it’ll take to return to squats and deadlifts. My current thoughts is that it’ll take about 6-7 cm to squat and deadlift again with light weight, then about 10-11 months before I’m at pre-op strength. What do the veterans here think?
