 Hey I come from China and it is a developing country so O.C the GenZ's average height got taller than the last geenration by around 1.5cm and according to the height data of previous generations, until GenZ, each newer generation's average height is taller than the older generation by around 1.5cm.
 However most of developed countries' average heights have reached their peaks and cannot crawl on anymore, especially European countries. But the average heights of Montenegro and Bosnia and Herzegovina and other countries like these haven't peaked and crawl on and on although they are already very tall like around 183cm+. And it is the same with some tall African countries.

That's true but the benefits to height from nutritions subjects to Marginal utility and beyond the certain threshold, nutritions will only increase weights, and if you are not a dwarfism, then medicine won't help you grow taller although they may lead you to more reasonable meals, and that's why developed countries like America, Norway, and similar countries have peaked their average heights cuz the factors that can determine the heights have limited contributions to the average height.

There is a hearsay from one of my friends that Japan, South Korea, western countries are adding growth hormone into the foods, drinks to compulsorily increase boys' and girls' heights and I also heard that Growth Hormone is a commonplace for those boys and girls whose growth plates are not fused yet to increase heights.
But isn't it ridiculous cuz Growth Hormone is a treatment for dwarfisms and cannot increase normal ppl's heights otherwise they will get tumor, acromegaly, and etc cuz their Growth Hormones are not deficient.

Actually I think this kind of hearsay was created by some Chauvinists in China who are grudging taller and stronger foreigners especially if they are Japaneses or Americans.

Blacks aren't really increasing as a share of the population, but the Hispanics could be pulling the height down some as they/we continue to bubble up in demographic share. I think the same is happening in Europe, however.

Yeah, it's a meme. I went to a large, mostly White state school for college, and the average height was still pretty-much in line with national statistics. As a sanity check, I would count the people taller than me and those shorter; every time, I was about the 20th percentile of height, which is what you'd expect in the States. Most men were 5'9.5 (177 cm) or so, with a minority 6'0 (183 cm) or over, and very few were over 6'2-6'3 (188-191 cm). The tallest person you might see on a weekly basis was maybe 6'4.5-6'5 (193-196 cm). People on here are just unfortunately very attentive to this insecurity,
 thus they misjudge how many people are taller than them and by how much.

Germany here: I don't think so, might go down as we have a lot of new immigrants here who are shorter on average and also have more babies on average.

My friend visited Japan not long ago. He said when he's in subway he saw lots of guys in 20s standing around 5'10 to 6 feet tall.

Korea has probably not peaked their average height cuz 2020's average height has increased up to 174cm barefoot tall and that is a very decent middle-upper level average height all over the world.
For Japan its average height has probably peaked cuz it has not increased any more after 1980's. But their average height is 170.8cm tall without many inflations, still not short at all.
