This forum has plenty of informations and changes my ideas toward LL.But I think for such a major operation, we'd better look for information in many ways to prevent the information cocoon effect. If anyone knows I would thank you very much!

naturalheightgrowth.com is a generally excellent resource. Also, you should read original studies.

Leg lengthening surgery is a very large and complex field. A few videos or documents cannot possibly cover all the areas of LL. Like everyone else, you'll have to do research to find your answers. It will take a while, often months or more.

Also, the overwhelming majority of LL patients want to keep it private, which is why it makes it harder to do research on LL. So be very grateful for any LL patient who is willing to help you out.

On YouTube, Cyborg4Life has an extensive channel. On the YouTube search, look up: Cyborg4Life

strydenail is a patient of Dr Assayag. He did femur lengthening with the Stryde nails last year (when it was available). He has a YouTube channel for his diary. On the YouTube search, look up: strydenail

As a femur Precice 2 patient in consolidation phase, I also have a fairly new and recent YouTube channel. It includes my diary and information on LL. See my signature for the URL to my YouTube channel.

Yes, agreed.  My message was meant for the original poster. The only part of my message that refers to you was how to find the YouTube channels you mentioned.

I’ll have to learn how to divide up the quotes when replying to a message.

Really, your best bet is reading original research studies on cosmetic leg lengthening (or just leg lengthening methods in general). You can use a sci-hub account to read them for free.

I have decided that I should do it because my height bothers me too much and I can't imagine spending my life with my current height and being sad about it every day. After a period of observation, I found that this operation may not be as terrible as what we say in China, but it is still not simple, so I still need to continue to observe and learn for a long time, while making money for it. As a cautious person, I need as much information as possible to ensure a safe operation. For this operation, safety is what I care most. If possible, I can even do 3cm to ensure absolute safety, but this is not realistic. That's why I keep having one question after another, I seem to be a paranoid person lol, but please bear with me when all I've been hearing about this surgery is totally negative

It's good to be carefull !
It's a one in a life time procedure ,we want to come out of it happier not worst .
Don't be greedy in lengthening and pick a good surgeon (since you are Asian dr.Lee it's the safest)  and you have really high chances of turning out good .

Dr. Lee? The surgeon from Korea?

As for LL, is it still one in a lifetime procedure? Some people could do tibia first then femurs.

Yes, I'm also thinking about Dr.Lee. He is young and capable, and near my home. My initial choice would be between Dr.Paley, Dr.Lee and Dr.A
