Ideally i may get the surgery at 34 but will this cosmetic surgery be worth it at that point?

Depends on your reasons for surgery. How tall are you now?

Yes.  I was 34 a few years ago and know I benefited from being taller at that time.

5' 7'' right now. Reason i'm going for this is my complex in social activity, but approaching the point that my other body parts(youthful skin etc) deteriorate, i sometimes doubt if it's worth it.

This is a very involved serious surgery that requires you to really want it to be able to deal with all the pain and potential problems that can occur. If you need strangers online to tell you it's worth doing you should reconsider.

It all depends on how much this impacts your life. Are you always thinking about it? Is your height getting in the way of you being happy on a regular or semi regular basis? I think if any of these are a yes I’d go for it.

Less important questions would be are you looking for a partner and is this impacting the chances of you getting one, directly due to being short or indirectly from poor confidence? The same goes for work, could you be payed more/ promoted from direct or indirect reasons. Would the people around you treat you better? These are less important but should still be considered.

I think you or many other people overestimate how old mid to low 30s actually is. There is a ton of life ahead of you that may be strongly positively effected by being taller.

Age 34 is still the "spring chicken" age. You're so young and have so many years ahead of you. Do it.

Definitely worth it if you're single. Otherwise, consider your situation at hand.
