Can the Gnail be reversed (shortened slightly) during lengthening?

Ex: something goes wrong/muscles get too tight and want to backtrack and lengthen less to decrease chance of complication

no it can't be reversed

Do you know if LL can cause vision impairment as per your research?

only PRECICE or external fixation can do that as of now.
