Questions for people who found a place to stay near doctor during LL

1. Aside from first floor of the building/no stairs what else should you look for?

2. If you can't go to the place in person first to inspect it, what should you do?

3. What kind of protections or agreements or w/e should you make with AirBnB so you can leave early if you need to?
