In general, what advice the doctor gave to you AND/OR you find out for yourself for the first movements WITHOUT any help, (with or without the help of the PT)? (Or crutches, walker, wheelchair, another person's support...).
In the basic things like fro example:

=walking (small or normal steps? Letting all the weight fall in one leg?...),
=for how long (without ''enough'' pain to stop)?
=going out (take a taxi or a crowded bus (!), sitting on the cafeteria or waiting in queues...)
=going to the toilet (totally bend the legs? Pain?...),
=showering (a lot of care not to fall, surelly...did you still need help eg from other person when you left the crutches or any other support?)
=in and out of bed (sitting first? using a rotating suport, like those to enter and sit in cars for the elderly?...),
=sleeping (position, using a pillow between legs?...)
=any special care with shoes?
=what to avoid?
=what to repeat/practice (soft grass/hard pavement, etc)

Any small contribution would be appreciated!
