Is betzbone and gnail exact same nail and weight bearing capabilities?

Made of same material cobalt chrome? Same strength? Same nail sizes? Same weight bearing? Same click mechanism?

Not, it's not. Betz started with Albizzia (with is different than the current G-nail), then he created his Betzbone1 based on that, correcting what he considered flaws in the original design. He kept changing the first model until he created the current Betzbone2, which is even further alway from the original Albizzia.

Hello BLL, then how's betz 2.0 compared to latest gnail? Is one better and why?

Giotikas for example prefers G-nail  which is the 2nd generation of Albizzia  possibly the first internal nail  also invented by Guichet around 31 years ago.
The G-nail supports full weight (as well as Stryder the 3rd generation of Precice)
Giotikas also considers other forms and evolutions of nails as less reliable  (including Betz's) except Precise and Stryder, which have their own advantages (Stryder for example is confortable to click, up or down) but oblige the patient to a lot of time in the wheelchair (not only stressing and boring but maybe not beneficial for callus formation and rigidity of one isn't totally comitted to intense physiotherapy)

The G-nail supports full weight, all the others no, including Stryder.

Stryde is full weight bearing. Precise isn't.
