What is the difference in consolidation time between tibia and femur under same lengthening rate and lengths? I know tibia is supposed to be faster, but by how much? Lets say 4cm each.

Depends on which surgery method you chose.

I guess femur should be consolidate faster because its thicker bone

Tibia consolidation takes longer because there are two bones (Tibia + Fibula) to close and consolidate on each leg.

Tibia and fibola "would" consolidate quicker since they are lighter bones. Femur is a "massive"bone but better fed by oxygen and nutrients from better supply of blood around.
But each segment has its own advantages and disadvantages. When cosmetic LL started, tibias were more common to elongate, surgeons simply didn't see any big advantage in breaking the biggest bone in the body. Then, intramedular nails made the procedure simpler/easier/appealing/apparently more fashion and "modern" for everybody and it become more popular. Still, tibias remain having a lot of advantages, like proportions, for obvious reasons: tibias are shorter than femures and your knee and its appearance with skirt or trousers when walking or on the beach/sports will always be originally short if you do only femurs.(the forum has abundant info on pros ans cond)

The rate of bone healing is related to the rate of blood circulation around the osteotomy. Since the circulation around the femur is greater than around the tibia, the rate of union of the femur is expected to be higher than the tibia.

Femur is faster because it is closer to the heart and gets better blood flow.
