Which stretches before LL seemed OK but are actually useless?

Idk should I just stretch hamstrings, calves, hip flexors, and IT band for a few seconds (literally) each day and call it a day?

Stretch each plus quads for at least 5minutes each day. Calves only if you're doing tibia lengthening.

I think every stretching exercises helps, just make sure you supply enough water to the body.
