If he was talking about peers taller than those in their parental times,then it's possible to tower over their mothers by 10-15cm,but mothers are females so you gotta convert their heights into male ones(+12cm),so generally speaking offsprings in China can tower over than their fathers around 3cm.Any other bs like children are qualified for outgrowing their fathers by 10-12cm are hilarious which means 60-70s Chinese average height is only under 160cm.
