outside of the price of the surgery, how much $ does recovery run you?

I’m trying to figure out how much it would cost me all together. Outside of the actual surgery cost, how much should I expect to pay for solid physical therapy, hospital stay, and all of the other payments that come with recovery? I know that doing consistent physical therapy is important for a close to full recovery.
