Which one should I lengthen, femurs or tibia (Picture provided)

Starting off as 5'7 (170cm). My wingspan is the same as my height. Which segment should I lengthen and up to how much would be suitable before I look disproportionate? Should I lengthen at all lol?

Note, my existing proportions might already look weird because I stopped growing at the age of 12 (Stunted height growth).

You should do femurs.  Your femur:tibia ratio looks almost 1:1 and average is about 5:4.

How much could I possibly lengthen on my femurs? Could I do the full 3 inches?

8 cm is what you should aim for if you want max

Yeah ofc but will I look proportionate after or satisfactorily enough that I don't look disproportionate if I lengthen 8cm?

Can't really tell without being able to see the top of your head to calculate what you'd look like.

The T:F ratio is very hard to measure accurately without clothes, and impossible when someone wears shorts like you. I thought my T:F ratio was 0.92, until the X-Ray revealed it's just 0.86.

You ratio definitely is not 1:1, but until you have X-Rays no one will be able to tell you for sure where and how much you can lengthen. Once you know your ratio, do the maths and see if you can achieve your desired length while staying within the normal bounds.

Using tape measure it's 0.91. I should be able to do 6cm Femurs to get to approx 0.8.
