I have a house that I can sell to afford internal femurs or do you recommend me external tibias for a much lower price but way more uncomfortable?

A house is worth more than a potential 1 inch more in femur lengthening.

Go externals and keep the house, imo.

If you have free time, do externals.  They're not that bad.  Only if you have a job or other responsibilities to maintain should you sell the house.

How much height do you want? I heard there is an alternative to LL, like injection of something to your heel so you gain an inch height permanently. They are doing that in UK and Spain???

Might wanna try that and keep your house.

At 5'11 you can round up to 6' like the other 75% of the people who claim 6' as their heights do.

I am 5 8", with femurs I would reach 5 11", but I only have the option of tibias and maybe I will have to have achilles lengthening to achieve 3 inches

I understood, but when you see two men walking together on the street, one is 5'11 and other 6 ft tall, you can't really tell who is taller right? Just an inch different so they appear to be the same height at first glance.

I was 5'7 at night and am now 5'11. You can get 6' if starting at 5'8. Gnail or Betzbone would be your only choices though. Precise only extends for 3 inches.

And yes, 6' is much better than 5'11 when it comes to dating. Otherwise, you can stay at 5'11 and round it off to 6' as Medium Drink of Water said. I am guilty of doing this too :)

yea. 6ft is important because it opens the door to a whole different dating world. you will be dating the prettiest women that are usually reserved for alpha males. its like you elevate your dating prospects by miles. most shorties dont know what it is like to be a tall men. i know coz i have some tall friends. they have girlfriends even though their relationships dont really work out the women stay with them because they think the have secured good genes.

For a woman the following aspects are important in a man:

1) Healthy, tall, musculur, intelligent
2) Earns enough to support a family
3) Good partner, Good father

Thats what women look for in a man. Because women want their kids to have all the chances in the world to become successful and survive. its simple biology. they breed with what gives their children the best prospects. natural selection.

I did 3" on tibias and didn't need Achilles lengthening surgery.  3" on tibias was the standard Dr. Xia plan that most patients followed.  Achilles lengthening was almost unheard of there, and the people who got it were the ones who started out much shorter than you, often even finishing at 5'8 or less.  That's not to say you definitely won't need it, but the odds aren't against you from what I've seen.

Do tibias, try 7 or even 7,5 cm (3"")  if it's with a good experienced doctor with a competent physiotherapy team, and things are going ok during recovery.
Don't sell the house.
"Best" tibias lengthening method is externals which is also the cheapest one!
Doing tibias furthermore has many other, even more important advantages (mainly with externals, nails in tibias are not as recommended as in femus), despite not being possibly the majority trend in this forum: its saffer(!): for example, if formed, blood clots are smaller, less chance of nerve injury, etc; less pain, less agressive and less risky for bigger tendons,  nerves and muscles, etc.
However try to strengthen Achilles tendon even before surgery, be ready do a lot during physiotherapy and also be ready to do and pay for Achilles tendon lenghtening surgery if still needed.

Even if one thinks about CL strictly in view of dating (which sincerely is so immature!), 1 (one) simple inch is not as "atractive" as "I own my own house", at least for smarter, more appealing women.

"It's simply biology"....
Guess what? With or without CLL we all, women included, are FAR from simply biology. But even so, all responsible doctors know that 1 inch more lenghtening is often the diference between successful and not successful CLL.
If one becomes crippled, is it good for dating and being "selected" by more beautiful girls? At the end of the day, you only need one good woman that loves you.
Even if you want to be a giant in the expectation you will f*** more, until what age would you be a happier man for that single reason ?!

Absolutely fk NO you should not sell the house. Do externals or LON on tibias and call it a day.

If you only ask me to factor the house/money and the height increase potential, keep in mind that the house can always be re-bought anytime later and money spent can be re-gained, but you will not be undergoing another LL in the same segment.

Dude external tibia is not that awful you can avoid selling your house just for an internal tibia which produces flowers but bears no fruits unless you are talking about recovery time.
