Could you have a post for: resources and information on nail removal options?

Ex:

For a USA citizen,

- cheapest options for internal nail removal if you pay out of pocket
- what kind of insurance / billing codes related to nail removal that could qualify for insurance
- what else to consider for internal nail removal
- what doctors are safe for nail removal?

In a post before, Dr. Assayag said that he has been able to get insurance to help with nail removal. I am not in Maryland but am within reasonable driving distance of him. Not sure which kind of insurance I could possibly get to help for this, no PPO in individual market so I'm looking into school healthcare plans since I need to take some classes eventually anyway. Not sure what to do.

I'm a little bit afraid of going to Parihar for nail removal because I heard about covid variants in India. Is the cheapest safe option for nail removal?
