Help please, nail looks deviated?

I took my 2 week lengthening X-rays today, prior to my X-rays in the left leg I’ve had pain when putting weight on my heel unless my leg is fully straight while standing. My right leg feels completely fine. After examining the X-rays in the leg I feel pain the nail looks slightly crooked, while the right leg which has no pain the nail looks fine.

The doctor said my X-rays looks good, but this has not relieved me that my left leg which is feeling pain the nail looks slightly crooked. Has anyone experienced this? I might be overreacting but if this is a complication I want to make sure I attempt to fix it at the beginning rather than when it worsens. Please help me with this

So it’s fine if one of the nails doesn’t look completely straight?
The right femur nail looks exactly straight but the left just slightly off

I think it's fine man. Once the lengthening is over the doctor will correct it by screwing in the bottom half of your femur to the nail.  No need to worry, please be careful though!

It's extremely straight. Way better than every telescopic nail.
