Could I pull off 5'11" (180) with these stats or maybe say 5'10" (177-178) would be better?

Well, it mostly depends at your legs. I don't know your current height, but getting your sitting height 86 and considering the ratio SH/LL as 1.05 in adults (reference: https://adc.bmj.com/content/90/8/807). You get 86x0,95=81,7 .'. 81,7+86=167,7cm. So you're around ~167,5cm-168,5cm (5'6"). In order to achieve 177-178cm (5'10") you would need quadrilateral lenghening, which would need 2 surgeries and lenghening both femur and tibia by ~5cm each (total ~10cm). Knowing this you could search for different options, but I would recommend doing 4,5cm tibia than one year later 5,5cm femur. You can try simulteneous quadrilateral lenghening 5cm in each segment (3 weeks apart) but I don't recomend this so much. In order to achieve 180cm (5'10") you would need ~11,5-12,5cm .'. I would suggest doing tibia 4cm and one year later doing 7-8cm femur.

Keep in mind that no one can set your goal, only yourself. Your goal height needs to be discussed with a doctor, but it mainly depends at your condition, health and body (flexibility and proportion). Don't get too worried about proportions, there are plenty off weird tall guys as so short guys. You can't achieve more than 8cm with one single segment. If you worry about health conditions, rehab and recovery, read some diaries and email doctors. Also, if you want to know how you would look with 5'10"-5'11" try doing mock ups, you can do them in many different ways.

What I suggest is that you start svbing money and streaching your whole body everyday from now on.

(knowing you're new here, search for the different types of CLL as: LON, Precise, Stryde, Fitbone, etc) -> (I would do stryde, knowing it tolerates weight bearing and it's internal)

Hope that helped, good luck mate!

Appreciate the brief response, thanks mate! Will definitely keep that in mind.

I'm starting at 169.5 cm, just shy of 5'7. I made mockups and I look fine at max 10 cm. I guess I could do femurs 8 cm and be done in one lengthening to reach 5'10. The only advantage of another inch is I get to above average zone and can claim 6'0.

No worries mate!

169,5cm is better than 167.5  ;) ;) 10cm is fine! and with 8cm you gonna be almost 178cm, maybe you can improve that with posture and maybe gain 1cm more or 0,5cm, who knows.
Well, you have to decide, search, fake to see if you like it. Just don't rush, just think and search.
In order to get 6'0 you would need to get 2 surgeries, goign from 169,5 to 182cm. That would be almost 12,5cm.
It's your choice, just search if you like long femur, or if you want to look more proportional.
Good luck!

Sitting height does not matter to a large degree.
