femur LL veterans, need some suggestions
« on: March 29, 2021, 12:50:49 AM »

Guys, I am starting to get tight. walking with legs close slightly hurts my IT band and also my quads and hamstrings have started to get a bit tight too. It could be due to the fact that I am told to lengthen fast, which i have been doing from last week to avoid preconsolidation.

Also the muscles at the hip(just above the bum- where the love handles are) hurt a lot, specially lying down, making it hard to sleep :-[

Veterans, could you please recommend some excercises/hacks for the same.

I stretched prior to every lengthening session and did thomas stretch, prone knee bend on the bed, hamstrings and also glute bridges. I used the OPTP Stretch Out Strap for the prone knee bend, and hamstrings.

You welcome and Below is a link to the video for the IT band stretch. Please try to do these stretches (prone knee bend, Thomas, IT Band) on your bed or the ground because you don't want to fall and damage the nail.

I did these stretches while I was lengthening with the Stryde nail and I am not knowelegable about the restrictions with Precise 2.
