If I come into contact with any sun, I usually wear sunscreen per some skin care youtube advice. And some channels on aging said to just use sunscreen everyday based on studies where one twin lived in a sunnier region than the counterpart and aged faster.
However, I wonder if patients should make an exception during leg lengthening? Not sure if it matters since you're eating alot of Vitamin D supplements anyway but maybe the bit of extra vitamin D might be worth a small amount of skin damage?
