It's a topic that I need a bit of closure on. Here are some facts about me:
-My dad is 5'7 and my mum is 5'0.
-I was a tiny baby. Doctors projected my height at birth to be 5'2
-I was a glutton from an early age and ate everything in sight. Was always a bit overweight
-one summer when I was nearly 15, I got insecure about my weight and started to diet. I dieted pretty hard for 2 months up until my fifteenth birthday. I'm talking sometimes 1000 calories a day.
-by the time school started 2 months later, I continued to eat normally.
-Grew to 5'8, even though my proportions (arms and frame) could easily be that of a 5'6 or 5'7 guy. Like, from a distance I look 5'6, but up close people are even surprised that I am 5'8 and a bit.
My bone age chart when I was 14 (before I started dieting) said I would be 175cm, and the lentth of my lower arm (wrist to elbow) suggests the MAXIMUM height I could've been is 176cm. I am 173cm
-My sister is 5'2 as an adult
So just tell me objectively, did I stunt my growth by that 2 months dieting, or did I do well overall?
