Heels + LL
« on: December 16, 2020, 12:41:54 AM »

Greetings all,

I have been wearing heels for the most part of 10 years (5 days per week - all day long). I think this has made my legs especially femur area very tough (not muscly or anything). Also, I am super flexible and I can easily palm the floor with my hands. I think this is all due to wearing heels and the extra pressure it has caused on my legs over the years.

Will this make LL easier generally? Course it's a case by case basis but does the fact that I've been wearing heels constantly for 10 years help here?

I can't think of how wearing heels would make someone more flexible.

Heels shorten your Achilles tendon as you wear them so they will make stretching feel harder for you most likely.

Two inches are relatively fine I think, right?
