How to prepare for bilateral femoral lengthening with Stryde?

From what I gathered, it seems that doing the right stretching exercises before the surgery is one of the most important conditions for a smooth recovery. What muscles are most important to stretch? I remember seeing an interview with one of the LL surgeons, where they said that one should stretch hip abductors, but I'm pretty sure there are more muscles that should be covered.
