can I lengthen two segments on the same time ?

Yes but you need to be really flexible to start, and might need to take anti-inflammatory drugs to keep your bones from consolidating too soon.

Even one segment at a time is a lot.

and by yes you would still need to do the operations 6 weeks apart

starting height approx 167cm ( morning height)
gained  55.55mm
End height approx just shy of 5 foot 8 ( morning height)

Statistically more surgeries equals to more risks and complications.

If i do tibia with LON+external first then as soon as i am done distracting 5 cm can i start with stryde femurs for 6cm?
