tape measure

Hi everyone ,
I would like to know if measuring my self with a tape measure is an accurate method or not ?

nope, most tape measures are inaccurate built by insecure manufacturers with a Napoleon complex, big rigged market out there, you need a construction crane and a laser beam atleast for some accuracy

Tape measures have +/- 10% error. If you measured at 189cm then your real height might be anywhere from 171cm to 208cm.

I have both a tape measure and a stadiometer at home.  Measurements are practically the same + / - 1-2 mm
