155cm to 168cm My Dream 13cm gain
« on: October 11, 2020, 03:11:13 PM »

This will be long so please read and help me out...

I just became 19 years old last month, the goal is to do the surgery by the age or 24-27 max, 28. So in 3-6 years max, I know it’s a lot but could possibles get it done in 5 years or less.

So a little about me, as a kid I never really cared about my height and I even found it good being a short kid as I could easily fit in small places was good at running, climbing. I look good too, never had any problem with girls either. But then after becoming 18 I realised I was a lot shorter then my mates and they started calling it out. One of my mate even told me that if I was abit taller I’d get any girl. That really hurt me. I started to get depressed, became anti social, didn’t like being in any photos, and then I searched up on google if there was any cure. Then after a while I found this surgery, was surprised, then I watched many videos, saw a dwarf go from 3foot to 4ft10. It really gave me hope, it made me think it’s possible. Then I found this forum, read many diaries. And now I’m here...

I measured my height full accurate, i am 155cm without shoes so 5ft1, with shoes on I’m 157cm so 5ft2. My mums 4ft9 and dads 5ft6 hench i ma really short.

So I thought about it and I will most definitely go for femurs and I’ll go for 8cm, so I’ll be 163cm without shoes on so 5ft4 and with shoes 165, 5ft5, that will make me a lot happier and not so short. But It still is short for a male... so I will possible go for another surgery if feel it’s right, I’m 80% thinking of doing 2 surgeries. So if I go for another In tibia it will be of 2inches so 5-6cm so I’ll be 168cm 5ft6 which I will make me more then happy at, with shoes I’ll be 170cm so 5ft7 which is classed as average height for a male.

155cm to 168cm with out shoes, does is seem normal...

This is my dream, my goal other then being the best chef I can be ...

Please let me know guys of what you think, thank you ...

If/when you get the money and are doing it, try Paley's 16 cm option including rebreaking.. unless you don't mind still being short after doing it. 5'6" barefoot is still short (MAYBE you can pass as low average in an Asian country) although 5'7" barefoot is breaking out of short zone and is nearly average - in the crossover zone so that's a much better stopping point - safety first though.

Considering he's 155cm, if I gained 13cm and ended up being 5'6 after I would probably still feel quite alright with that. Like it may be short still, but it feels like I just reincarnated into a new life and was given a second chance by God if I was 5'1 before and now am 5'6.

I'd be quite alright.

If he's already doing it.. if safety doesn't prevent, he may as well go all in to be 170-171 which is an exponentially better spot to land at and is genuinely considered near average/shortish/crossover range whereas 5'6" is downright short. The perspective difference is significant either way, I recognise that.

I wish I could do 13 myself but my proportions look terrible in the mockups going for that high.

https://paleyinstitute.org/centers-of-excellence/stature-lengthening/costs-financial-considerations/

Option 4: 13 cm, $206,500
Option 5: 16 cm, $280,000

Though I don't know where you are going to get the money to pay for all this (option 5 is $280,000). Even a standard femur surgery is $97,500. Did you calculate the price and how to pay for it (or if you can even afford it), or was it just a childish wish and dream?

Now OP is 6' tall since the skull augmentation adds additional 6 inches.

Gman23, my man dont go for so much height. Dont play that numbers game. you can aim at 5'5 which is 165cm with two surgeries or 5'4. Dont try to reach 5'6 even though that height might be tempting for you. You will certainly need to compensate in other areas of your life in order to compete. Have the best personality, be funny, be powerful, be the most confident in the room, love yourself and with girls have a mindset of that she is the one who needs to deserve you, your attention. You dont need to become better to satisfy a girl. We are already limited by nature. We must certainly need to adopt a right strategy. you might be playing a game that you cant win. At the end what matters is winning/achieving what you want. Change the game youre playing. Compensating in other areas than your looks will fill your life with a lot more meaning than height too. If you are not doing well right now and you think height will do anything to you, you are mistaken. What you think you will have when you are taller is confidence and in your own eyes you will look more attractive which will lead you to be more attractive to others. So trick your mind. See yourself as an attractive person, get that confidence. you think with your new height you will be more attractive. you can be just as an attractive to others if you develop an interesting personality. so height wont solve your problem you see that. becoming taller has to do only with one area of your life and that is your looks and physical attractiveness. By increasing your height you will take yourself to a better version of yourself in looks category. There are other categories in life too. And you must become the best and better than others at those aspects of your life. and try to have a more balanced life where you excel at every category. You must do that to compensate for your height.

Ur doing quads for a rétarded amount imo and you still have the audacity to tell others what to or not to do

Your starting height is an inch taller than him AFTER his pain and torture 13cm quadrilateral goal. Shut the fúck up bro with that mantra bullshít. Youre here wanting to break all four segments and think we all haven't heard enough of this shít let alone a 155cm guy hearing this shít. You will never understand his situation so best to fúck off and say something of substance instead of this stupid dum shít

Say that shít for a dude who ISNT in the first percentile in height bro, maybe a 5'7 short guy. Don't say that shít to a 155cm man. Pisses me the fúck off this gatekeeping búllshít you are fúcking 170 telling a 155 guy how he should act or think on a fúcking height forum. If anything you should get help and listen to your own mantra búllshít  words not him

hey man, easy there. i am just expressing my best opinion. hes the one who asked what he should do. at least i was honest in my thinking. he will benefit more from honest opinion of people. you say your own opinion. do you have any thoughts for him? i said my best thoughts, the thoughts i am thinking for myself. i understand what you are saying. you are saying, emphasizing is that i should not speak because i am superior to him. what you fail to understand is that i am not superior to him and we all have own different lives and reasons.. to answer you in short.

Only reason why you're saying that shīt is confirmation bias for your own moderate height gain needs. If u wuz 5'1 you'd be fúcking flipping 180 on your bullshït. Imagine you have a body swap with OP and someone went to your 5'1 lookin áss and said, " don't get as tall as you want! You can't! I can tho! But you can't! Stay under 5th percentile! I can get to 177, but you must stay from 155 to165 or less ! Just be confident! Meanwhile I will do LL and get to 177!"

I get what @simple meant but at this height (5'1") girls are the least of his worries, also there is more to life than women, shocking I know(Western culture/society would make you think otherwise).

He doesn't need to compensate for anything like metaphysical bullsh!t such as personality and confidence but only needs to consider a gamble of potential arthritis in his 50s but I say it's worth it. I mean apotheosis went from 5'6" to 6'2" which is 8 inches (21 cm), completely insane but if he can do it then so can OP.

OP take the daring journey and become 5'9".

I am not going to do any of the shxt you jus mentioned. My goal is to go for 8cm on femur and then do another surgery after a year of 5-6cm on tibia. Which will give me a total of 10-13cm gain. Unlike some people I will only go for whats possible and affordable. And I am not stupid to do the surgery with paley or even mahboubian as their price is too expensive. It will leave anyone broke. The surgeons I am thinking of going with is Dr parihar or Dr giotikas. I have time to do the surgery so I’ll wait until I have the money and check if there’s any other decent surgeon by the time. But paley is never going to be an option for me unless I some how become a millionaire...

Proportion, I don’t think that’s much of a problem if your top body is pretty big... and my legs are too short, so that 8-10cm gain will definitely make it look normal and won’t much of a problem.

What kind of BS is this? It's perfectly normal to want to become taller at 170cm in this heightist world.

Doesn't matter. Being 170cm and want to become taller is indeed fine and there's no such thing as "170cm already and still wants to get taller"

Point is he's saying 165cm don't go for more, just mantra your way out of height insecurity and into freedom. Literally contradicting himself. I have no qualms with even a 180cm guy doing LL. My point was that he's contradicting himself and literally telling others what to do and saying 165 is max and all and to NOT do more and just work on personality yet still fücking wants to do quadrilaterals at 170 starting. You missed the point.

instead of "170cm already and still wants to get taller"

with that logic only dwarfs are allowed to want to become taller not 155cm guys.

Paley only did LL for dwarfs and people under 5% height. I am sure 155cm male is under 5% or even 1%, but 170 not.
