Does Femur to Tibia rate effect the walking?

My ratio is 0.69 now and I worry that it will affect my walking.

this study looks at femur:tibia ratios in runners
those with longer tibias had better times, presumably from better running economy

starting height approx 167cm ( morning height)
gained  55.55mm
End height approx just shy of 5 foot 8 ( morning height)
