chronic disease And LL

 What are the possible risks if the person has chronic disease (such as diabetes, crhon disease        rheumatoid arthritis hasimato, sle, fmf)?
 Does the risk of non-union and osteomyelitis increase?
Does anyone have a chronic disease and had surgery?
