tibias vs femurs. Recommend me!
« on: May 22, 2020, 02:47:43 AM »

hey, do you recommend me:

tibias 6.5 cm  or
femurs: 8 cm

(or cross lengthening 10cm for proportions?)

I will write soon a new post with more information about my age, athletic etc.

I just want to do squats/leg press etc. in my future. I dont need good sprinting/running abilities.

I did 8 CM Femurs I'm almost 10 post-op and I've gotten about 90% of my sprint speed back (if it's a sprint on fresh not tired legs) and respectable jogging time 2 miles in 16:30 mins. and I'm still continuing to improve. I can squat 180 LBs now and haven't tried Leg Press but I'm sure I can lol

tibias 6.5 cm  or
femurs: 8 cm

How flexible are you?  This is really stretching the limits, and tibias are tougher than femurs in this regard.

good flexibility, but not that great. I can touch the ground with my flat hand but now with my elbows.

Yes  i know femur is safer, but i imagine that i do femur 7-8 cm and still be unhappy because my tibia might look very short compared to the rest (im doing fitness alot and confronted daily with my body)
