I know it sounds annoying as hell, but you should honestly do 2 inches in femur and then wait a good few years and do an inch or so in tibia. Tibia is the most horrible way to do this surgery, in fact should be a complete last option if you ask me.
The reason everyone is telling you absolutely not is because (and you sound like a newbie), you are uninformed or unaware of this amount of trauma. A man who did this surgery with paley (overrideyourgeenetics) completely fu**ed himself. he was 5'5 and wanted to do like either 2 inch and 2 inch or 3 and 2 and he ended up only becoming like 5'7 because he had to stop one of them. This procedure is one of the most incredibly difficult procedures you can perform on your body (talking about one segment [femurs at once]).... cross lengthening is a dangerous dangerous gamble.
I'm no doctor but i think you would need a double dosage of painkillers in order to assist the double amount of pain ( which wouldn't be given to you).... the body will not heal correctly / efficiently as it could. Do one surgery and get rid of some neurosis and then live that life for a while and then later down the line when u have more $$$ , finish up the other one ( thats my plan)
P>S::: When addressing proportions I have scaled my own legs and made cut outs of paper stick figures with my natural height vs different procedural lengths I could achieve. I have also read up on proprtions not only for sports but what is attractive. Having longer femurs to calves ratio is actually preferred. Calves are really only attractive if they are thick (which is a different much cheaper plastic surgery).
I know it'll be tough but in time you will do it anyway, throw this idea out. do 2.5 in femurs with Stryde. That is probably you're best bet for the present.
