Dr. Debiparshad Las Vegas (please respond to this)
« on: April 28, 2020, 02:55:31 AM »

Only reason I am bringing this man up (to hopefully have a well rounded discussion) is that they explicitly advertise and offer financing options. I am not sure to what degree but it sounds to me that they want to "work with people" which in my mind has a pro-surgery mindset rather than some of these disgusting doctors making you pay 100k in advance plus 10k in security deposit and a million other fees (paley) ..... I was thinking Giotikas for price and quality... however if Dr. Dehiparshad can offer a faster way to get the method (also being able to stay in USA) that would be a reasonable trade off.

Hoping to  here from young guys early to late 20's on their opinion as this is most relatable. Also want to know what veterans think as many mention their only regret is not doing this sooner.

yea its obviously better to do this when younger. but dont buy what dr D says. the guy just wants your money. you cant even contact him after surgery directly. sure he wants u to take credit and get this done. but if something goes wrong sure he will take care of you for free right?

He might be medically skilled but hes definitely not ethical

Especially their staff will make u think youre just $50k credit away from reaching your goals at a young age with little difficulties and living like a legend.

paley is more sincere that way. whats disgusting about being honest that you should have not only the surgery money + money for complications? and also 10k is not extra security deposit, it gets removed from surgery fee.

to be honest, you seem to have an obssession on hating dr. debi. like your whole account and posts are anti-him. i don't mind but it's just weird. wonder what your underlying reason is. he must've done something bad to you (feel free to pm me what he did LOL)
idk him much, but people lie about their height all the time, doesn't matter to me that he's lying about his own height. he may even have height neurosis but doesnt want to do LL since he hasn't found the time (i mean, he is an orthopedic surgeon.. wasted probably 15 years learning already, u can't go go on a half year hiatus to get LL yourself as a surgeon who has to take care of patients many being actual ppl with deformities) and wants to focus on career for now

i dont mind if someone runs ads to try to get more people to come to him for surgery, that is business after all..
anyways all im saying is i don't give a rats ass about a surgeons personal life as long as he's a good surgeon and gets me taller. He has stryde, charges pretty good for an american ortho surgeon, and he trained under dr. paley. that's enough for me to not exclude him from my list of doctor considerations

i'll definitely go paley, but if i somehow couldn't i wouldn't have a problem going to debiparshad.
nor would i have an issue going to mahboubian either, even tho he advertises the same pushy and "unethical" way. he trained under rozbruch, so i don't really care.

dr. lee from south korea is undergoing a heavy ad campaign recently on youtube and naver (korean forum), but i don't give a fk because he's one of the best and also learned from paley during his fellowship. the ad campaign imo is even more pushy and "unethical" than dr. D lmao, but idgaf because dr. lee gives results and he's a goddamn good ass surgeon.

in summary, the personal life and advertising techniques don't really change my opinions of doctors. as long as they are orthopedic surgeons who trained under the best pioneers of limb lengthening and have successful testimonies of their surgeries, i'll consider them

ghkid2019 dr Lee ads are very professional. not stock pics with some quote below it. how many positive cases of dr D do you know? if all you care about his fellow ship with Paley then good for you. Hes legit well qualified and if thats all you need, you dont have to look elsewhere.

marathonrunner, he doesnt give you any financing LOL. he just redirects you somewhere where you get credit depending on your score. I really dont understand what dr Ds contribution to this is. There was some Paley patient who also took financing on his own and Paley did nothing to help him there.

I see, I thought from the original poster it was the doctor or his business that offers financing.

“Only reason I am bringing this man up (to hopefully have a well rounded discussion) is that they explicitly advertise and offer financing options.”

Yea I agree it’s not “disgusting” for some doctors to charge those prices. You want to be safe and aftercare is super important for this type of surgery.

All I can say is, don’t go to a doctor based on who’s the cheapest. I tried that and it went horribly. Stick with doctors who are leaders in the field. That “disgusting” price is going to be a lot cheaper if you need additional surgeries to fix problems from your “cheap” doctor.

LOL lack of public health care has been such a major issue in America. I would be surprised if a CLL doctor offered financing on his own.  medical system in America or cosmetic surgeon offering to pay out of pocket with risk of non-payment for cosmetic surgery?
