i could get even 10cm on femurs alone and still look proportionate, why would i do an additional surgery that would double my scars and compound my risks?

i had my surgery with dr. pili from milan italy.

i think most doctors discourage femurs and tibia at same time, too many risks pilling up. but if it's only a small amount on each they may allow it idk, better ask them. but to be honest i'm dealing with enough discomfort and pains with both femurs broken, i'd hate to find out what if feels to have also the tibias broken at the same time.

i may share some photos via PM.

ferniebritishcolumbia I just did posted a video today about factors you should consider when deciding which legs but in summary I mentioned femurs are usually your best bet for safety, usually less impacted symmetry due to being the longer bone, less scarring, faster healing and usually cheaper. Not to mention you get them done and it might quench your craving for more height

Is it better to do 2.5 cm each because then you won't be stretching your soft tissues as much? Therefore you can get as close to 100% doing 2 segments of 2.5 cm rather than 1 segment of 5 cm

Trust me and do at least 3.5cm + 3.5cm.
You won't regret.
Trust me..
Edit: The best is to have the surgery on your femurs. But still, what I mean is: if you are literally going to have 2 surgeries, at least do 3.5cm instead of 2.5. They both are almost the same safe.

Best Regards

Well imo I can imagine a nice 6cm femur would place him at 1.85 with decent recovery. If he has the time and resources he certainly would stand to gain being in the upper end of the bell curve in any country he is in.

It would be a complete luxury though to be fair

If you want to reduce your time frame, I believe that Dr. Giotikas in Greece lets you do internal femur and internal tibia with only 1 month in between. I think alot of other doctors like Paley will only do it if you wait 6+ months in between surgeries.

So it will be about 1.5 months + 1 month + 1.5 months so like 4-5 months maybe total.

Post a diary on the forum when you get started and tell us how it goes with Dr. Giotikas. Good luck!

Decided to up it to 3cm and 3cm.

For those asking why I’m even doing 2 segments in the first place: tldr - to evade detection. I’m already worried about family picking up on the height increase itself. Can’t afford to be worrying about them picking up on my off proportions as well. I’ve seen some vids on here that show absolutely terrible proportions when one segment is lengthened 6cm. Dead giveaway

You talk about LL like its fillers

I ll get some filler on my jaw, but only 3ml to not be detected

And then I ll also get some filler on my cheeks, but only 3 ml to not be detected

That's how you sound

Hey, I know you are getting some flack but I support your decision

Congrats on being tall and wealthy enough internals on both legs and become 6 feet + someday! Are you set on Paley, not considering cheaper options like Giotikas in Athens?

Hopefully the experience on this forum hasn't been too rough and has helped you achieve your goals! Hope you post a diary and tell us how it goes

In the meantime, my fellow non-tall brethren will be singing about what could have been for us:

Speed dialer you’re a breath of fresh air. I appreciate that. Definitely considering Giotikas.
