duck ass

If I have already a slight form of Duckass (due to wrong muscle training) should I avoid Femur lengthening and stick to tibia?

Are you referring to swayback? If so you probably focus on treating it via physical therapy, proper flexibility and strength training. Muscle imbalance is way easier to fix than going through LL surgery.

Doing femur or tibia would depend more on the amount of height you wish to gain

no not swayback. Duck ass is the exact opposite (anterior pelvic tilt)

Ah gotcha some lumbar lordosis going on. Yeah usually can be remedied via proper stretching and still probably gonna depend on length you want although I know my doctor said femurs are the usual first choice due to better blood supply etc.

Frankly, everyone I have seen or heard of who got sway back from this, corrected it with stretching and day to day walking/activities, within 2 to 3 months after lengthening. I had it bad, it sucked, it is now gone after 3 months.
