What is your sitting height and wing span?

2 surgeries for 8cm is just not worth the time, effort, and money and other opportunity costs.

do a mock up of 8cm in Femur alone and another mockup of 8cm both in femur (16cm).

don't worry too much about how you look in your underwear, only a handful of people will ever see u in your underwear.99.999999 of the people in your life will only see you clothes, unless surfing is a big part of your life.

171 is better than 163. But why stop there when you can get to 175-180cm.  at age 35yrs athletic ability is of little value in your life.

just my 2 cents

You are just as proportionate as everybody else who are healthy.

Do 5cm on tibs and 6cm on femurs. It will make the world of difference.

Looking at your proportions and i would say that you have pretty long Tibiae already so i would probably do about 5-8cm in femurs. The mock up you do kinda puts you in proportion and as Adriano has mentioned, you should look more at height rather than ability because we all lose some as we grow older. Try doing some swimming and core exercises though to get rid of that bloated look on the stomach, it will make it look leaner and if you decide to get femur lengthening, you'll look a lot more in proportion. :) Take care.

I think your proportion looks great with 4 cm on both tibias and femurs. You may pull off 10 cm as well!

I would advice to go for 6 cm in your femurs (4 centimeters look already very good according to me, proportion wise).

How long are your legs? (I mean the segments between your kneecaps and the ground, when you sit barefoot...)

Cheers.

The reason he looks tall is because his upperbody is very short and looks compressed. And i don't think he can do more than 8 cm without him looking like he is walking in stilts.

4 + 4 looks the best to me. If you're going for one, femurs look better imo.

I hate to say this, but I feel that you will look noticeably disproportionate if you do LL. Still, if your height is ruining your self image, by all means go for LL. Just have a joke or excuse ready for when people point out that your legs are super long for your body.

What is your sitting height and wing span?

is 84 ctms, my wing span its aprox....to 172 ctms...yea, mi arms to loong... ( monkey arms)

Looking at your proportions and i would say that you have pretty long Tibiae already so i would probably do about 5-8cm in femurs.

not probably...by proportions...only can :'( do 4 ctms....

Try doing some swimming and core exercises though to get rid of that bloated look on the stomach,

yea...maybe...is this...mi waist have some ctms to fat...and can apreciate my realy porpotions....

How long are your legs? (I mean the segments between your kneecaps and the ground, when you sit barefoot...)

my femur...is 39 ctms.....and my tibs are 35....yea...maybe soo long

The reason he looks tall is because his upperbody is very short and looks compressed. And i don't think he can do more than 8 cm without him looking like he is walking in stilts.

i dont want more than 8 ctms...if i only can take 6ctms in 2 segmentes...fine...im not want be to 180 ( 5 11) and i m not pretend be a model....i have wife, kids...and im only want be a litlle more taller...5 or 6 ctms is very goos 4 me.

I hate to say this, but I feel that you will look noticeably disproportionate if you do LL. Still, if your height is ruining your self image, by all means go for LL. Just have a joke or excuse ready for when people point out that your legs are super long for your body.

im going to do, ercexise aerobic...for burn the fat..and im take a new pictures..and maybe a little better that the angle portion of catches along.

and...yes..i know to dont have a torso looong...to 90 or 93 ctms...but if some body knows how i can be more large to mi torso...tips are welcome

thanks 4 evrey one to take te time to answer

You should go with 4 cm only with either segment. Unfortunately that you already have long legs so I think if you do too much your body will look super short and unnatural. :(
