hey guys,
I am not that short, but a lot of my family members told me that im very short and now i have a psychologically problem. I feel short when im looking in the mirror even when im doing sport.
So i will guarantee to do limb lengthening at the end of 2020 or beginning of 2021.
I will probably do it in Turkey or poland because I have family there.

My question: DO YOU THINK LL WILL CHANGE IN THE FUTURE/IS IT WORTH TO WAIT A BIT MORE? For example will the prices become better? Or will the technique developee/be safer.
I will probably do LON for 5-8 cm. But i am a bit scared to get permanent knee damage/be kind of cribbled the rest of my life

The devices will get better slowly over time, but the prices won't get lower.

Go for femur internal then. less risk. Especially if you wanna hit above 5 cm.

Like previous post, tech might get better (everything is moving away from externals) but prices will stay the same.
You might get better tech for a similar price the next few years, but latest breakthrough was Stryde and that was fairly recent.

thanks for your help. Do you think 7-8cm femurs LON is good? Or better Stryde even tho its very expensive (i take some debts, go work alot and my family can borrow me abit probably).

And yes, i will never forget the time when i watched the anime.. just to nostalgic

Stryde for sure. OR to save money go with precise.

Never external for femurs, its gruesome and painful experience. Lot of more muscles to tear and skin to rip.

Don't forget man, think of the long game like Lelouch. Money comes and goes, your body you only have one.

Take the best method even if you have to go in debt a bit.

yes, stryde is of course the best. I will check prices of my doc and think about stryde or LON. If i do stryde, i might do tibias instead of femurs, because the knee pain issue is rather a LON thing.

But  i think precise is not worht it, it is more expensive then LON, but its nail is not full-weight bearing. So i will still need crutches/wheelchair for some weeks/months just like LON probably.

If you aren’t that short and still young then wait till you get older
You may overcome your psychological problems after leaving from the family
If your family is that stupid to hurt you enough, then better to leave them alone
No worries about living without their support
They aren’t supportive anyways
LON requires lots, not just money but good psychological state which can endure long recovery
Many thought it’s not a big deal then they faced to complications
External methods require lot more strong will and discipline than people think
Lots crappy doctors are offering LON for much cheaper price, BUT you will be spending 20k for getting short term or long term complications more likely
Tibias surgery requires way more experience and dedication of doctors
Unfortunately all cheap doctors haven’t reached to the safe level yet
Don’t do it, it’s not worth spending even 5k for a crap.  That can cost your future

100% agree with Tekashi and also wanna add consider precise 2.
Stryde is not full Weight-bearing its a common misconception.
My advice, save enough money for the surgery or 80% of it, get a line of credit for the remaining 20% and some safety funds.
Do it with someone you can trust or another LLer, and be ready psychologically.
