increasing height with stretching /what is my real height

Hey guys ,

do you think that is possible or do you think the comments are fake ?




What is my real height, i am in the morning straight 176 in the evening after 12 hours 174
Also the doctors measured me sometimes i was 176 sometimes 175 and one time i was only 173,8
So what i say real height or what is the normal height what people have
is it just the average so 175?

you may have bad postures at sometimes. also stretching sometimes work sometimes doesnt. depends

Nobody has a "real" height.  It's a dimension that varies and everyone just rounds, usually up and while wearing shoes.
