My game plan is to do about 3 inches on the femurs with internals first(recovery time being faster will help me get back in shape and working).
If I go to bejing it definitely wouldn't be for femurs, but would be as close to 3 inches on the tibs as possible(if I chose it as my first surgery).
In a totally ideal world femur lengthening would go fine and I could wait a few years to recover as close to 100% as is reasonable, and then I could consider tibia lengthening of 2 inches to be at 6 1, assuming I did about 3 my first time. The calf thickness is very desirable, although the knee pain is troubling and I might decide its not worth it when I'm actually 5 11.
I actually know a chick in FL who I think is obsessed enough to care for me for the few weeks I'd need help which could slightly mitigate costs. I'm also willing to go this summer when hotel prices are cheaper to my understanding.
At this point I've decided LL is something I am absolutely pursuing, and sooner than later... It's just a matter of where. I have 150k to my name so all options are on the table, but I really am trying to keep it as tightly to 90k total with Paley as possible, if thats the direction I go.
