Is ketogenic/paleo/whole360/low carb ideal for consolidation?

I know it may lack calcium, but you can take a calcium supplement or cheat the diet drinking milk, and there are some veggies with calcium. You can also eat a mass gainer supplement to not loose to much weight.
If you don't eat grains (cereals and pulses), you don't eat antinutrients. It looks a health lifestyle to me. Would it be good for a fast consolidation?
