18 cm - is too much. I think 8-10 cm is normal, max - 12 cm, but it depends on the initial proportions

Unless you are hugely disproportionate now (big head, torso and long arms), you are going to look like a cartoon character on stilts but good luck if thats what you want.

I would still suggest to read and research for few months before making final decision.

18cm is way too much, even my goals of 7cm femur + 5cm tibia are very ambitious.
